Wild Woven Earrings
All products are handmade in small batches using foraged, and up-cycled materials and crafted using quality sourced sterling silver and stainless steel materials. Prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change. Orders are accepted at our discretion. By purchasing, you agree to the outlined refund and shipping policies.

Sound Healing Sessions
All sound healing services must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your session. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs within 24–25 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Women’s Circles
Circle bookings must be paid in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. The facilitator reserves the right to deny participation if safety or integrity of the space is compromised.

Shipping & Returns Policy (Wild Woven Earrings Only)

Shipping: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard tracked shipping applies within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service delays.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess return requests individually.

Custom Orders: Custom pieces require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable once production has started. Full payment must be made before dispatch.

Packaging: Eco-friendly packaging is used for all orders.
